How to: reset your password / ask for a new password in Clinical Data Miner.

When an existing user needs to reset their password, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the website: https://cdm.gynaia.com.

2. Click the Login button located in the upper-right corner of the screen
   (User Actions → Login).

3. On the login popup, select Reset/forgot my password.

4. Enter your username or registered email address.

5. Check your email inbox for the password reset email and copy the reset token provided.

6. Return to the password reset screen and paste the reset token into the designated field.

7. Enter and confirm your new password.

8. Click OK to confirm.

9. You may now log in using your new password.
